AI Auditing

An independent, structured evaluation of an AI system's design, data, outputs, and governance controls. A good audit goes beyond checking boxes -- it assesses whether the system behaves the way the organization thinks it does, whether bias testing is adequate, and whether documentation would survive regulatory scrutiny. The EU AI Act will require conformity assessments for high-risk systems, making third-party AI audits a practical necessity.
