AI Literacy

The ability of an organization's personnel to understand, evaluate, and appropriately use AI systems. The EU AI Act made this a legal obligation as of February 2025 -- providers and deployers must ensure staff have sufficient AI literacy for their roles. This isn't about making everyone a data scientist; it's about ensuring the people approving, operating, and overseeing AI systems understand what they're working with.
