Data Strategy

An organization's plan for collecting, managing, and using data to achieve business objectives. A data strategy covers infrastructure, governance, talent, and use cases -- not just "we should use more data." The organizations that get the most value from data aren't necessarily the ones with the most data; they're the ones who know what data they have, what it's good for, and what questions it can't answer.
